Return & Exchange Policy
1) Health & Safety
For your safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or had its original seal removed.
Beauty and personal care items cannot be returned once opened for any reason.
2) Eligible Return Cases
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or broken.

A wrong item was delivered.

A clear manufacturing defect is present.
3) Return Conditions
The following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original, unopened condition.

Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the order.

Proof of purchase (invoice or payment receipt) must be provided.
4) Refund Policy

Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
5) Exchange Policy

Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid if higher).

Exchange is processed after confirming the product's condition.
6) Delivery Issues
If the order is not received due to an incorrect address or not responding to the courier, additional shipping charges may apply.
